I was just wondering if what can be done to the stock taillights on my 90 hb. Can the reverse lights be made clear?

you're not gonna be able to do anything like that....like go lighter or 'clear' w/ anything....you'll only be able to go darker w/ paint or whatever... like all red or something.

Or you could go all clear....

Then paint the parts you still want red...

Well guys, before i had a chance to read ur replies i already took them out. It took some time but i did accomplish something. Using a heat gun, i pried apart the lights far enough that i could remove a piece that was on the reverse lights, i think it looks awesome, sorta like altezzas in a way but a little more unique. I think the orange can be removed too but my lights started to crack when i pried them that far apart and i didn't have time to keep going. So if anyone has a spare set laying around i would recommend seeing what can be done. Oh btw, i'll post pics as soon as possible.
